I was rummaging through some old stuff and found this poem. If you don’t dig poetry, quick- turn your head NOW! But, if you like reading poems, well, I deeply apologize.

Karma

I hope nobody speaks of your daughter
that way,
your sister
that way,
your mother
that way,
I hope nobody speaks of your wife
that way
that way you speak about her

And should anyone talk of your son
that way,
your brother
that way,
your father
that way,
Should anyone speak of your husband
that way
then to them may their words be returned

So choose your words wisely,
because everyone knows;
What goes around comes around
and what comes around goes.
